If Unkink doesn't help you, email us within 60 days of delivery at [EMAIL] with your order number. We refund you in full. You don't need to send anything back: keep the device.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 business days of your email. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear.

Damaged or wrong item? Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement for free.
